1. Background to the change
Confirmation of the register of shareholders as of March 31, 2014 indicated that Tetsuro Funai no longer meets the definition of non-parent controlling shareholder of the Company as a result of a transfer of the Company’s shares previously held by a company in which a close relative of former controlling shareholder Tetsuro Funai holds a majority of voting rights.
