We hereby announce that we have decided to transition to a holding company structure and change our company name as follows. The transition to a holding company structure and the change of trade name are scheduled to be implemented on March 31, 2023.
1. Reason for transition to holding company structure and change of trade name
FE-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "succeeding company") will assume the rights and obligations of all businesses other than the real estate business of the Company through a company split for the purpose of achieving sustainable growth and further development of the Group's business. ) and transitioned to a holding company structure.
In conjunction with the transition to a holding company structure, we will change the trade name to clarify our role as a holding company in supporting the Group's business and accelerating growth.
2. Trade name of the holding company
Funai Electric Holdings Co., Ltd.
(English name: FUNAI ELECTRIC HOLDINGS CO., LTD.)
*The trade name of “Funai Electric Co., Ltd.” will be used by the succeeding company from March 31, 2023.
3. Planned transition and change dates
March 31, 2023 (planned)
